Moved to the valley in 2008 with husband Kyle, left career at Boeing in 2012 to start coaching and start a family, played volleyball, basketball and ran track in school, started weightlifting and CrossFit in 2010, when I am not coaching I am with my three little kids outside in the woods
I like to help people understand the reason for the lifts and movements we do, how to improve their lifts technically and efficiency, to see people building strength to do life/work/hobbies safely
